I continue to be amazed at the crazy fast way that EMDR benefits my clients!  I consider it a blessing to guide others on their journey to living without anxiety, depression, dissociation, phobias, addiction, and post-traumatic stress. As a client in my private practice, you will receive your own, client-centered therapeutic process.   My approach is relational EMDR and incorporate a variety of skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), ego states, and attachment in order to alleviate anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms.  We will choose a variety of therapy techniques and frameworks that are most beneficial for you.  I have experience and love working with all ages from 5 to 95.  

I will be offering structured 12-week therapeutic groups for anger management that meet court ordered and Children's Division recommended requirements.  

We also regularly offer weekly grief support groups free to our community.  Please check us out on Facebook for updated times and dates of these groups.

I support clients who are physically in the state of Missouri.  

• Standard therapy options are available in office located in Potosi.  
• Virtual visits are available for traditional 1-hour sessions.  No EMDR is available through virtual options.
• EMDR Intensive program options are available in office, however, many clients choose to stay in one of the retreat style lodging facilities in the Potosi, MO area.  A simple web search will provide a list of all current lodging options in the area.  
• Adjunct EMDR Intensive sessions are scheduled in collaboration with client's primary talk therapist as a way to enhance regular therapy sessions.  These are typically 2-3 sessions and client will return to primary therapist. 

Taking off work or school every week and interrupting your daily routines is a thing of the past.  EMDR intensives are structured in a way that you will receive several hours of therapy in one to three sessions to drastically reduce problematic symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, or a variety of other life stressors.  No more continued in and out appointments that interrupt your life when you can feel better in a few days.  

*EMDR is covered by insurance, however, EMDR intensive sessions are not covered by insurance and will require private pay arrangements. 

Personalized EMDR treatment (called intensives) are half-day to multi-day programs that include a customized client workbook specific to your goals. Fees are based on your needs and program design and are communicated ahead of time in accordance with the No Surprises Act. Please see our "Cost/Fees" page for specific rates.

Revive 180 Counseling now accepts Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Healthy Blue, Homestate Health, Medicare, United Healthcare, United Healthcare Community Plan (Medicaid), and UMR. It's best to determine the exact details of your policy ahead of time, including what benefits are available regarding out-of-network providers.  Revive 180 will not directly communicate with insurance companies that are out of network and is not responsible for non-payment of out of network claims.  You may use HSA cards and Flex spending cards to pay for services. 

*Intern Counselors cannot accept insurance but do offer extremely low sliding scale rates to meet your needs.  

*EMDR is covered by insurance, however, EMDR intensive sessions are not covered by insurance and will require private pay arrangements. 

We offer a limited number of sliding scale slots that are short term and target focused.

I offer a limited number of spots in my practice to ensure that each client gets the attention, care, and responsiveness they deserve. 

 Meet one of our therapists and find out! It is extremely important that you feel safe and that your voice is heard with your therapist. Therapy is your space to do your work. We have had wonderful feedback from clients who express their sincere gratitude for being allowed to have their voice heard and feel a connection with someone who cares. If you meet and it is determined that you are not a good fit after an initial session, we are happy to share additional referrals for other therapists in the Potosi Missouri and surrounding areas.
